1. Scope and Applicability
This PCR applies only to a finished food product classified in CPC 21183. Because the category is broad, every foreground data package locks one exact animal species, one exact skeletal-meat identity or one exact edible organ, one documented ordered preservation or edible-powder route, and one finished physical and storage state. A generic “other meat”, “other offal”, “route-specific ingredient”, or mixed-state exchange cannot represent the declared product.
Covered routes may comprise one documented sequence of dry salting, immersion brining, brine injection, controlled drying, natural-wood smoking, purified smoke-condensate application, or enterprise-specific edible flour or meal production. Operations are activated only when they occur. Regulatory permissions and technical examples identify possible process distinctions but do not establish an actual formulation, input, factor, amount, or range.
