1. Scope and Applicability

This candidate PCR covers one foreground data-package instance within CPC 3.0 21139. The instance is farmed red deer (Cervus elaphus) meat, UNECE cut 9237 inner part of the leg, long-cut, boneless, vacuum packed in a polyamide/polyethylene pouch, packed in a corrugated cardboard carton with a polypropylene label, quick-frozen in a forced-air blast freezer using an R717 ammonia refrigeration system, stored frozen, and delivered at the facility loading dock with a thermal-centre product temperature of -18 deg C or colder.

CPC 21139 is broader than this instance. No authoritative CPC-wide species share was found. Red deer is therefore a mandatory data-package instance gate, not a claimed default market share.
