1. Scope and Applicability

This PCR applies only to animal-milk or cream products that pass the CPC 3.0 hierarchy gate 222 > 2222 > 22229: the product is milk or cream, is concentrated or contains added sugar or other sweetening matter, remains other than in solid form, and is not classified as evaporated milk (22221) or condensed milk (22222). The exact commercial product, composition, concentration or sweetening route, physical state, heat treatment, packaging, and facility-gate condition must be declared.

Apply the following gate in order. A failure or unresolved answer means that this PCR must not be selected automatically.
