1. Scope and Applicability
This PCR governs foreground data packages for one specifically identified edible pig organ released at the reporting facility gate in exactly one declared market state: fresh, chilled or frozen. The reference product is never a pooled organ mix or a pooled state mix.
The foreground route starts either with accepted live pigs when slaughter is integrated in the reporting facility, or with one purchased recovered pig organ whose upstream slaughter dataset remains linked. The scope covers organ inspection and preparation, exactly one state-conditioning branch, packaging, state-appropriate storage, release, cleaning and disinfection, and conditional on-site wastewater management. Pig production, inbound transport, distribution, retail, cooking, consumption, and end-of-life remain outside this foreground boundary.
