1. Scope and Applicability

This candidate PCR governs foreground data packages for CPC 21931 vegetable waxes that are not triglycerides, including a specifically declared carnauba, candelilla or rice bran wax route when the actual product and evidence match that identity. The dataset must lock one botanical source, one extraction or purchased-crude-wax starting condition, one refinement state, one colour state and one physical form before any aggregation.

It covers source-material receiving within the declared gate, botanical wax recovery when performed at the reporting site, route-specific extraction, clarification, filtration, conditional bleaching or acid refinement, forming, packaging, cleaning, and conditional on-site wastewater treatment.
