This candidate PCR covers CPC 21184 products made as one concrete sausage or sausage-like form from meat, one explicitly named edible organ, or blood. Covered forms include fresh sausage, cooked sausage, cured sausage, fermented sausage, dried sausage, smoked sausage, liver or another named-organ sausage, blood sausage or blood pudding, and galantine, meat paste, pâté, or rillettes only when supplied in a casing or sausage form.
