1. 范围与适用性

本 PCR 适用于由珍珠鸡获得、并在屠宰场或肉类加工厂门以鲜或冷藏状态放行的净可销售肉品前景数据包。范围涵盖活珍珠鸡接收与临时待宰、击晕与屠宰、放血、烫毛、脱羽、去内脏与胴体整理、条件性分割和切块、冷却与冷藏、包装与放行、可归属的清洗消毒,以及条件性场内废水处理。

珍珠鸡养殖和孵化、饲料生产、运至接收工厂门的运输、外购公用工程、制冷剂、化学品和包装的制造、零售、烹饪或其他使用,以及产品寿命终止均不属于前景边界。研究范围宽于门到门系统时,应链接相应数据集。
