1. Scope and Applicability
This rule covers made-up gloves, shawls, scarves, veils, ties, cravats, other clothing accessories whose defining textile construction is knitted or crocheted, and knitted or crocheted garment or accessory parts sold as standalone products. The boundary ends at the accepted factory-gate product. Each data package declares its actual article, fibre composition, knit technology, purchased-fabric or on-site knitting route, finishing, joining, and packaging. Nonknitted articles and complete garments use their own category rules.
