This PCR builds a site-input-to-factory-gate foreground data package for apparel and clothing accessories, including gloves, classified exactly to CPC 28243 and defined by plastics. It covers cut-and-join plastic film/sheet routes and PVC-compatible plastisol glove dipping; each dataset selects only its actual route and specific atomic exchanges.
