1. 范围与适用性

本 PCR 适用于屠宰场或肉类加工厂门口以冷冻状态销售的火鸡肉前景数据包。当可销售参考产品精确归类为 CPC 21144“火鸡肉,冷冻”时,范围覆盖整只整理后胴体及分割肉,并要求申报带骨或带皮状态。

前景边界始于屠宰场门口接收活火鸡,继而覆盖暂养、屠宰、放血、浸烫、去羽、去内脏、胴体整理、条件性分割、预冷、冻结、包装、冻藏、质量放行、可归属的清洗消毒,以及条件性场内废水处理。火鸡养殖、饲料生产、孵化及活禽入厂运输属于上游。出厂运输、零售、消费者储存、烹饪或使用以及产品寿命终止属于下游。

鲜或冷藏火鸡肉、禽类食用内脏、其他禽种肉、机械分离肉以及加工或保藏火鸡产品均不属于参考产品。具名食用器官及可回收产出可作为独立副产品跨越前景边界,但不得计入参考产品质量。
