1. Scope and Applicability

This PCR applies to edible buffalo organs released for human consumption in exactly one declared state: fresh, chilled, or frozen. It covers organ-specific products such as liver, heart, kidney, tongue, brain, tripe, small intestine, large intestine, lung, and spleen. Each foreground dataset declares one exact organ identity; a market-recognized edible buffalo organ not enumerated here requires its own atomic rows through every applicable process before release and must never be represented by an “other offal” collection flow.

The foreground boundary begins with accepted live buffalo at slaughterhouse receipt and ends with 1 kg net qualified edible offal released at the facility gate after organ recovery, separation, trimming, washing, exactly one state-conditioning branch, packaging, sanitation, and applicable on-site wastewater treatment. Buffalo husbandry and inbound transport are upstream. Distribution, retail, preparation, consumption, and end-of-life are downstream.
