This PCR applies to finished footwear whose protective function depends on an incorporated metal toe cap and that falls under CPC 3.0 code 29510. The PCR excludes footwear covered by CPC subclass 29320, footwear without a protective metal toe cap, protective footwear using only a non-metal toe cap, standalone footwear parts, use-stage care, distribution, and end-of-life.
