1. 范围与适用性

本 PCR 锁定一条在屠宰与肉类加工一体化工厂内生产包装去骨速冻水牛肉的代表性出厂路线。前景边界始于工厂接收活水牛,依次包括待宰、屠宰与整修、胴体冷却、分割去骨、包装、鼓风速冻、冷冻贮藏和工厂卫生清洁。声明产品不是胴体、带骨肉、食用内脏、绞肉、机械分离肉,也不是上述产品的加权平均。
