1. 范围和适用性

本 PCR 用于构建活驴（也称 donkey）前景数据包，产品在声明的农场门、暂养门或交付门以活体动物形式转移。范围包括繁育或补栏动物进入、幼驴或幼龄动物饲养、育成和日常饲养、饲料和用水、使用垫料时的垫料、粪尿和排泄物管理、农场能源、动物健康投入、死亡或淘汰处理，以及农场门活体动物处理。

排除产品包括活马、骡和駃騠、马属动物肉、皮和生皮、奶、精液、胚胎、作为独立肥料销售的粪肥产品、出售后动物提供的运输或役用服务，以及下游屠宰或役用动物使用。

5. 系统边界

默认边界为到声明活体动物转移门的前景数据采集：

1. 当繁育群、购买幼驴或补栏动物、饲料、牧草、垫料、水、兽医投入、燃料、电力和外购服务属于前景数据包时纳入。
2. 纳入动物舍饲、放牧或运动场管理、喂料、饮水、健康管理、垫料管理、称重、标识和日常饲养。
3. 纳入粪便、尿液、垫料和排泄物的收集、储存、处理、放牧沉积、农场控制的田间施用，或转移给粪污处理方。
4. 当声明门为交付活体动物时，纳入农场门分拣、检疫或售前暂养、装载和短距离交付。

完成的前景数据包表示到声明门的活体动物生产。出售后的役用服务、动物提供的运输服务、屠宰、皮回收、奶生产和产品使用不属于默认边界，除非研究明确扩展范围。

本边界是一种数据生产抽象。声明的繁育动物、购买幼驴或补栏动物是前景数据包的起始条件记录。同类别活驴输入不在同一包内递归追踪为新的活驴 PCR；应披露其身份、质量、来源和上游负荷处理方式。

7. 分配和共产品处理

当唯一产品输出是转移的活驴，且粪污或死亡动物作为具有声明处理方式的废物处理时，不需要分配。如果粪污、堆肥、饲养期间役用服务、奶、皮、繁育服务或其他共产品在前景边界内有意商品化，则发布前必须声明分配。

优先层级：

1. 当记录能区分活体动物生产与粪肥产品制备、奶生产、役用服务或其他共产品路线时，优先进行过程细分。
2. 只有在有文件支持因果物理关系时使用物理分配，例如商品粪肥产品的养分含量。
3. 当物理分配不具备可辩护性且有市场价值时，使用经济分配。
4. 系统扩展或替代仅作为附加情景报告，并披露被替代产品、地理范围和避免负荷数据集。
